What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is simply a deep state of relaxation that we all go into several times a day. In this state we are more open to suggestion and so it’s a very effective and efficient way of making positive changes that last.
It is very safe and comfortable… there are no harmful side effects, only good ones. In hypnosis you’re aware of everything that’s happening around you and you are always in control.

Step by step process

1. Consultation
This is a vital stage to clearly define where you are at the moment and what it is you’re aiming for. It’s also a good opportunity for me to tell you all about hypnotherapy - what it is and isn’t. There’s no charge for this consultation and no obligation.

2. Hypnotherapy
Your therapy is created specifically for you. I use my knowledge, skills and experience to create a tailored solution that will get the best results and help you achieve your goals.

3. Action
After your therapy, it’s crucial to listen to the audio track I create for you at least once a day and take positive action. This creates a cascading effect of positive change.

At Home or Online
As well as face to face sessions, hypnotherapy can be enjoyed from anywhere in the world, in the comfort and convenience of your own home. Sessions can take place over the phone or online - through your device. All you need is some headphones, good WiFi and a quiet place where you can relax.
